Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of our products (health, food, and personal care), we maintain strict hygiene protocols:

• •Perishable Items / Food: Items such as Honey, Rice, and Nutritional Powders cannot be returned once the seal is broken, unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
• •Personal Care: Soaps and Creams must be in their original, unopened packaging to be eligible for return.
• •Timeline: You must initiate a return request within 48 hours of receiving your order.

2. Valid Reasons for Return

We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

• •The product was damaged during transit.
• •The product is near or past its expiry date at the time of delivery.
• •You received the wrong item (different from what you ordered).
• •The product has a manufacturing defect.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• •Products that have been used, consumed, or have broken seals.
• •Items purchased during "Clearance" or "Final Sale" events.
• •Returns requested after the 48-hour window.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

• •We will notify you via email/WhatsApp regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
• •Approved Refunds: The amount will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.
• •Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us immediately at the details provided below.
